I met up with Meg and Bobby 8 months after their Social Circle, Georgia wedding to shoot some bride and groom portraits.  She wanted a few more photos in her dress, and some more pictures when it wasn’t a billion degrees outside and there wasn’t pressure and confusion to get to the next portion of the wedding day festivities.

I am a big fan of after-the-wedding sessions. Whether they’re taken a day after or a year after,  why not wear that beloved dress one more time?

The funny and pleasant ladies who were sewing aprons in the club house when we went in to change clothes all expressed their approval that Meg still slid into her wedding dress perfectly even after 8 months of wedded bliss.   :)

All photos shot at Habersham in Beaufort, South Carolina.
